New recruits should try and cut up to 35 lbs for their first fight. Move them up from there untill they succeed. Weight Cutting is now a 100% thing, either success or fail.
It would help you out if you moved Chad Scott, Walt Clark and Gerard Collins down a weight class. You should see if Soto can cut down to welterweight. I would also see if Benny Wright is in the lightweight class when you start fighting him and you could see if But Green can make the cut down to 205. They are some fighters on here that can do it so you should give it a shot. It's worth a try since most light heavyweights don't do good in the higher leagues.
