The Player Population League

I opened a new camp for a friend of mine in an effort to convince him to eventually play. What ive noticed is that Tier 1 is the hardest tier to get fights in right now. Mostly because all the vets that came back with our old camps all start in Tier 2.
This is making it so new players are seeing a game that appears to be less populated than it actually is.

With this in mind I present to you my idea for getting tier 1 orgs filled up.


The Player Population League

Each participant will open a brand new camp. (Camp ID cutoff 101515.)

The event will be a race to 1 EFC title held by any member in your new camp.

Signups start now. (DO NOT OPEN YOUR CAMP YET!)

If we get enough we can give medals but more importantly we need to fill those tier 1 orgs so new players have opponents to fight and want to stick around.

PTP will not be permitted! Any fighter that uses PTP as a main style during their career in any fight will be disqualified from participating in the event.

Camps can be created starting on reset Sep 2365 (Thursday AM) and you can begin fighting right away. Late entries will be accepted. Please post your camp after its been created.

Remember these camps dont have to be permanent. Make one. Win the competition or play until someone else does then decide if you are attached to it or if you just wanna throw it away.

Its a chance to try a style you may have never had the chance to try before.
Learn something new about styles you already use by shifting the build a little to see if you can make it more effective without messing up your main camps success.
Try a fun and strange combo.


Remember do not create your camp until thursday and ptp is not allowed.

Alliance Camp entrants:

Fighting your alliance camps against members in your alliance is considered feeding. With all the new camps that are going to pop up Im sure it will happen more than a few times by accident or just from general carelessness.

Having excessive amounts of fights against guys known to be running the alliance camps will face potential disqualification. This will be on a case by case and fighter by fighter basis. Camps will not be dq'd. Only fighters.

If your alliances camp challenges one of your fighters, please do your teammates a favor and deny the fight.

Tank Wright is the man to watch in this camp right now. Having lost his first fight he's come back to win 4 in a row. With good weight and lots of stats at his disposal he should earn himself some good win streaks.

Viktor "Swiss Mushroom" Popov came out swinging having won his first 3 fights and earning a 4-1 record. Still early but it seems like this camp plans to do a lot of kicking.

The only camp created before the specified date is slow to start but dont tell that to 1-0 Logan "Pistol 1 " Ward who won his only fight with a lightning fast 1st round KO.

Late to the party as always this camp sits idle while its owner gets drunk at the pre-party. Never can tell what a brit's gonna do or more importantly when they are gonna do it. Watch for this camp to wake from slumber sometime soon.

Travis "Booty Pounder" Clark won his first fight and even earned himself a title shot but was unable to capitalize. He now sits at 2-1 and still looks to be the camps first belt holder.

This camps coach is clearly too busy spinning Billy Joel records to have buckled down yet to win many matches. Look for him to make a push during the next commercial break.

With fighters coming roaring out of the gates at 5-1, 4-1 and 4-2 this camp seems to be one of the early favorites. Having wracked up the teams most wins, Walter Moore has already reached a rank of #200 in tier 1 with only 5 wins.

Gabriel Gomez won his first 2 fights and earned an early title shot only to have lost by a devastating KO. Luckily the belt went up for grabs and he was able to take advantage. He currently sits as champ of Ring Rage.

Despite have no stats to speak of and a first fight loss, Rodrigo Torres scraped together a 3 fight win streak that included his AoC title victory.

Ironically run by a coach named Ghost this camp seems content to stay hidden in the shadows for now having not fought a single fight to date. The five fighters spend so much time in the gym without ever leaving, that neighbors believe the building to be abandoned and haunted. Strange sounds can be heard from outside the building on any given night. Many reports claim to hear a loud obnoxious voice that sounds British but doesn't seem to be speaking in any decipherable language. Watch for these ghouls to haunt the ring very soon.

With a staggering 11 fighters on their roster, this camp is slow to get to the cage. Taking the team approach to the next level, this camps fighters have been subjected to sensitivity training, trust exercises, team builders and retreats. Despite these time constraints, two fighters have managed to get some fights in. Stu "B33R" Gray comes in at a tiny 178lb welterweight but managed to pick up a 3 fight win streak to sit at 3-1. Michael "Anthonius" Reed managed to get a single fight in which he won with a slick armbar making him 1-0 and earning him a mention on the new hit series "Betting on Beatings".


Merchants of Death - MoD Squad 2014

Having 2 undefeated fighters, Hawk Long 2-0 and Garret "Zett" Green 2-0, on their roster this camp will be prominently featured on the new series "Betting on Beatings". Teasers have shown that the two billionaires plan to pit the two teammates streaks against one another. Beginning at $200,000 usd and increasing another $200,000 for each win the two fighters earn until one of them loses their first fight. If the two fighters can maintain their streaks long enough, this could turn into the biggest bet in history.

In a last ditch effort to make sure DBA was represented in the first new alliance event, coach VostreRoy left the individual event and took Infested Swamp Camp to the alliance side. With fighters like Gabriel Williams at 5-1 and Sean Beaulieu at 6-3 as well as two undefeated fighters at 1-0 appearing on the hit new show "Betting on Beatings", V-roy aims to prove that DBA will never die....it'll only get really, really old. \m/

Three of this camps fighters recently had their first fights and not surprisingly they all won in convincing fashion. Taking the training first, fighting later approach this camp proves if you want to win you need to be prepared.


ThePandaMan - Direwolf M M A

15-25 overall
After coming flying out of the gates at 5-0, Ben Twitty hit a bit of a snag and since has gone 5-6. These losses seem to have demoralized the camp for now but expect them to regroup and help rally another winning streak from Twitty.



JokerAllSmiles - Gotham Fight Factory

47-41 Overall
4 Titles
Ole "The Titan" Torres and Alan "The Sandman" Robinson are the current standouts with rankings in the top #325. With the rest of the camps fighters hovering around the .500 mark this camp struggles to find its momentum.

Struggling to maintain winning records this camps fighters find themselves spending more time at the drive-thru of the nations most famous hamburger joints rather than in the gym. Despite their diets there is one 187lb lightweight fatty who has picked up some momentum, netting himself a 22-10 record. At #422 and currently fighting in Preliator, Jermija "Pepper Jack" Yakovleva is the only fighter on this camps roster that might survive enough heart attacks to make it to the EFC.


ChiefBD - Bloody Tossers

72-63 overall
14 titles
Despite having a very high average rank amongst the fighters competing in this camp it also has a very low number of overall fights. This imbalance makes it difficult to gauge the true strength of the camp in this competition. What we can say is that when this camp chooses to fight, it wins. This is made clear when you see its 2 undefeated fighters and the camps current best prospect Phil Lange who fights in Addiction with a 16-7 record and a ranking of #168.


Drunken Bums Alliance - Infested Swamp Camp

77-95 overall
11 Titles
On the Alliance side of things we highlight this camps relentless, yet unrewarding pursuit of top tier talent. Many prospects have poked their heads up seeming to be the fighter that could take this camp to victory only to have them all smacked back down into the holes they came from like a live action mma whack-a-mole game. The most recent prospect to poke his head up is Eric Sanders. At an unimpressive 12-9 he has managed to win 3 LDnet titles and has won 4 out of his last 5 fights. If he can avoid the mallet for long enough he might just be the mole they need lead them.

ampedupp - Ampedupp FC

71-66 overall
No titles
Only 4 out of the 9 active fighters in this camp have winning records however the ones that do are clear winners. With 13 wins each, Elix Griffin and Arnaldo Coutinho show that they could put a couple streaks together and move up the ladder. 3-0 Ron Thomas is the camps newest prospect keeping this camps hope alive. The camps all-star however is #215 ranked fighter Spencer Russell. This JJ practitioner has earned enough pop to get in to GEC and could be the fighter who puts this camp on the map.

Make no mistake however, this camp has been training hard and its 2nd gen GnP could easily rocket to the top in a flash. Never count out a Smacku camp.

With a few fighters in A-1 this camp has proven it can keep up with the top flight coaches of the era. The camps most popular fighter Will "Power B" Turner has fought long and hard on the road to the big show and when he finally reached the promise land known as EFC quickly learned that the journey wouldnt be any easier from there. Having won only 3 of 14 fights since arriving in EFC many are speculating that this camp may need to rely on its second gen for its first gold medal.
