Welcome to the Inaugural MMARMY TRIATHLON. In this event, Alliances will fill up their team with one fighter from each weight class. Once chosen, teams will then pit their fighters head to head in a series of 3 matches to showcase the diversity of their skills. THIS WILL BE AN ACTIVE FIGHTER EVENT
FORMAT:
Fighters will engage in a series of 3 fights wherein they will be able to select from only a chosen few styles as selected by the MMARMY Sport Commision. These will be broken up into (for lack of better terms) "Punch Styles" "Kick Styles" and "Sub Styles"
MATCH 1: "Show off your hands, and use crisp technical striking to overcome your opponent. Or just swing for the fences"
CS, DB, GnP, NF, PiB, SiO, SnB, SftF, WnS, LnP
MATCH 2: "Show them that 'footwork' means more to you then simply moving around. Double your weapons, double your fun"
8pts, AA, CD, FF, HKK, RK, Sns, WoHaF, RnG
MATCH 3: "Show them that when the combatants hit the floor, that's when the fight really begins. Can't knock anybody out with a broken arm"

RULES:
1. Fights will take place in T1 with fresh recruits. You will be allowed to test your fighters, so it is not necessarily 0-0, but once chosen your fighter will be locked into place the remainder of the event
2. In the matches YOU MUST use only the appropriate styles as outlined above for both your primary and secondary. Fighters discovered to be cheating will be brought before a review for disqualification. This may result in you forfeiting the match if accidental, or FORFEITING THE ENTIRE EVENT FOR YOUR TEAM if blatant cheating is discovered.
3. Victories will be worth 1 point per fight. Final standings will be determined by overall points gained throughout the event. Ties will be settled by a 5 fighter Sudden Death Round.
4. There are no camp/coach restrictions. Go Nuts.
5. SR's are allowed, but players may not cash in any prizes for the event. No AOTY, No Prediction prizes, No SR's from beating Chief at Baseball while he's blitzed on Oxy.
6. Event begins Tuesday September 18th. Schedule and appropriate orgs/weight class to be updated soon. You may begin recruiting at AM Reset Sep 6h (JAN 2641)

Each alliance will square off like this. People live in different timezones and sometimes disputes come up regarding who sent a challenge at what time. Times that are unreasonable for one person might be completely acceptable for someone else. For that reason there will be a one reset "Get it Done" round where any fights that did not occur will have a second chance to be completed. Folks who do their job will have this reset off. Anyone else can clean up their mess, and we can avoid DQ's.'
