I don't like the masks idea, it makes it too pro wrestling looking, IMO.
I LOVE the hand wraps Idea, I was just about to suggest it.
I also like the one knee pad idea. I'm surprised it isn't implemented actually.

It'd be awesome to get just one leg taped. The one shoe idea though... eh... it's ugly, but it would add more diversity, so I'd support it.

I would like to see taped ears ala Sakuraba, lol. Seriously...

Look how tiny the ears already are. Whether the ear wraps just changed the flesh-colored pixels to a white, or actually added to the width of the ear, it would look like the fighter is wearing earmuffs.
