So i decided a while back i wanted to run a Flyweight competition since chief said he was going to make the division. Now with the division active i thought better get going so we can buffer the division and get some fighters into it.
The Lord of the Fly's is a three part tournament. First part is every coach that wants to participate gets two fighters max and upon accepting has to list what camp they want their fighters from. If you go with two camps you must have a fighter from each camp. Once we figure out what coaches are in we will begin the recruiting phase which you will be able to recruit for 6 months game time. Any fighter recruited after that will be disqualified from the competition. You will get the rest of the six months to train your fighter.
All the fighter's will be put into random pools based on the number of entrants. The pool play will be a round robin fight in CG so if you need to get your fighter into the tier then do so any extra fighting will disqualify your fighter. The scoring for the pool play will be as follows.
Ko/Tko/Sub-3 points
UD-2 points
SD-1 point
Loss-0
The top two fighters from the pool play will go into the first part of the competition which will be an actual Flyweight tournament which will crown a winner who will receive 5 dollars in credits. Also medals to 1-3.
If you don't make it out of the pool don't worry you can still win the second part of the tournament which will be the first fighter to take down the EFC championship. Also fighting in shine is prohibited. You must fight your way up through the regular organizations. Who ever wins the second part will also win 5 dollars in credit.
The competition will take place in probably a week from now because i need to purchase the credits to run the tournament also i need to see how many people want to sign up for it. So i will put sign ups until the 10th of May.
