After a
horrid, tumultuous year that saw the previous league runner get kicked off the game and left his admittedly very eye-pleasing OP to eat dust, we are back to a more steady, drama-free competition.
You are all in very safe hands this time around as I, the poster formerly known as UB, have had the misfortune to run multiple prediction leagues in the past, for both UFC and Bellator (
with one of them dying as soon as it began due to a very tragic internet connection). So I assure you that things will run smoothly, have many, many eye-catching posts to make sure the absolute most amount of users join in on the fun and introduce an incredibly arbritary system for the monthly SR prizes.
Like before, we'll make use of
the Tapology site to have a better way of tracking scores and ensuring no foul play is afoot. An account there is a must if you'd like to join, and it should be very simple to make.
Every fight week an event card will be posted, both as a reminder to make picks and as a signal that you can now post your prediction card.
BuT HoW dO I Do ThTAt, you might be asking; well, my incredibly technologically inept fellow (seriously, you should know by now given this forum hasn't had an update since the Bin Laden days) there is a very easy to miss button right next to the open envelope above your post box that lets you enter and image's url so that it is displayed on your post here.
If that is far too complex, then you can just tack on your url and post it as is.
