Managed to beat a regular recruit and become KOK7 champion. Possibly the last KOK champ ever. But outside that I am impressed with his fighting ability. And a fairly large HOF inductee being above the cut off weight for HW he basically is a HW fighter.

2x EFC LW champion. PROVING, he is capable of winning outside his natural weight class. He probably could eat his way to HW easy. Just weighed that much because he counted calories like an anorexic teenager.

His abuse of his body lead to a sacrificial showing indeed. However he did give his best, but his punches were eaten like tic-tacs.
