Round 1
Ward lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Popham connects with a hard punch making Fred bring him in to a tight clinch. Ben Popham works to "King Of The Rings" back while standing. Ben Popham throws a couple of outside shots until Fred Ward is able to work his way back to the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Popham fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening "King Of The Ring" up for a flurry of hooks. "Born Again" connects with a strong body shot combo. Popham circles Fred Ward, mixing jabs with body shots. Ben connects with a hard punch making "King Of The Ring" bring him in to a tight clinch. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
"King Of The Ring" parries Pophams jab and lands an uppercut. Ben eats a strong cross as Fred Ward moves into the clinch. Ben Popham drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Fred sets a guillotine choke but Ben Popham slips out at the last moment. Ben Popham is now caught in guard. "Born Again" uses strikes to open Freds guard. "Born Again" stands up and waves "King Of The Ring" up. A wild hook from "Born Again" is ducked by Ward who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. "King Of The Ring" blocks a cross, liver shot combo but is pushed backward. Popham tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keep him at bay. Ward weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty hook.Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
A welt begins to form under Ben Pophams eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "King Of The Ring". Ward pressures his opponent into clinching. Ward places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Ward works Popham into the cage from the clinch. Ward presses his head under Ben Pophams chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Ward takes Pophams back standing. Ben isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Ward lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Ben to release. "Born Again" attempts to clinch, but Fred connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Fred unleashes a flurry of punches on Ben Popham. "King Of The Ring" slips a cross from "Born Again" and lands jab cross to the body. "King Of The Ring" throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Ben. The round comes to an end.

Round 4
"Born Again" slips a cross from "King Of The Ring" and lands jab cross to the body. Ward connects with a hard punch making "Born Again" bring him in to a tight clinch. "Born Again" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Fred. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. "King Of The Ring" recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Ben hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Ben eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "King Of The Ring". Fred lands a stiff jab and inside-leg kick. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening.Round 4 comes to a close.

Round 5
Fred lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Ben Popham. Fred Ward parries Ben Pophams jab and lands an uppercut. Ben is staggered by a jab to the chin. "King Of The Ring" lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Popham. "King Of The Ring" then switch kicks Popham on the opposing rib. Popham lowers his hands to block a body kick, but Fred switches to a high kick and rattles the jaw of Popham. Fred Ward slips a cross from Popham and lands an uppercut to the liver. Fred pushes away from "Born Again" and lands a strong chopping kick to the lead leg. Popham throws a hard jab but Fred Ward throws a cross right over the top rocking Popham. Ben does a good job to circle away from Ward but becomes too predictable and Ward lands a switch kick to Bens ribs. Ward fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Popham quickly takes his back. Round 5 comes to a close.
