Round 1 The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Adrien gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Adrien Adam carefully protects himself from Kalils strikes. "IppO Tribute" slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Adam connects with jab cross combination. Adrien lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Kalil. Adrien then switch kicks Kalil on the opposing rib. Adrien Adam tries to hyperextend the knee of Herod with a kick to the kneecap. Herod hops back to avoid it. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Adrien Adam lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Kalil is staggered by a jab to the chin. Adrien Adam throws a teep backing Herod off. "IppO Tribute" circles Herod, landing a front snap kick that stuns him. Adrien Adam lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Kalil. After dodging a jab-cross, Adam lands a kick to the liver of Kalil Herod who steps back and begins to take a knee. Adam rushes forward to capitalize but Kalil Herod stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Adrien Adam takes a punch and goes to the mat, Herod pounces into side control. Adrien Adam recovers quickly. Kalil drops some hammer fists on Adrien. Herod delivers knees to the body and sharp forearms to the head forcing Adrien Adam to turn over. Herod takes the back. Adam starts to wiggle out of back control, Herod lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Herod shoots for a single leg but "IppO Tribute" is able to hop away, defending well. Herod takes the opportunity to execute a double-ankle pick and work to half guard. Adam attempts to get to full guard but in the process gives up mount. Adrien gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Adrien Adam starts to wiggle out of back control, Kalil lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Adam shoots but Kalil stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. A series of strong hammerfists forces Adrien to roll over, giving up his back. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 Adam lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Kalil Herod. Adam then switch kicks Kalil Herod on the opposing rib. Kalil Herod connects with a series of punches forcing "IppO Tribute" into a clinch. Kalil escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Kalil is struck by some looping punches and kicks and goes for the clinch to shorten the distance. Adrien welcomes the clinch landing a lead knee and a powerful elbow. Then pushes Kalil back to striking distance. Kalil fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "IppO Tribute". Kalil Herod uses his under and overhook to hit a solid body toss takedown, landing in full guard. Adrien Adam keeps his head down in the chest of Herod to avoid any submission attempts. Adrien Adam leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Adam attempts to transition to the butterfly guard but Kalil is too quick and takes half guard. Herod slips out of half guard and into side control. Kalil Herod drops some hammer fists on Adrien. Adam is hit with a punch that has him dazed. He begins to cover as in a panic. The ref steps in and ends it.
