Round 1 Kerry connects with a jab cross combination. "Man of War" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Kerry carefully protects himself from Cody Fryes strikes. Mitchell is able to make it back to the standing position. Cody slips a cross from Kerry and lands jab cross to the body. Kerry parries Fryes jab and lands an uppercut. Frye throws a hard jab but Mitchell throws a cross right over the top rocking Frye. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 "Man of War" keeps Frye at a distance with some well timed jabs. "Man of War" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. "Man of War" carefully protects himself from Cody Fryes strikes. "Man of War" is able to make it back to the standing position. Mitchell blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Frye tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. Mitchell connects with a hard jab as Cody attempts a wide outside hook. Kerry Mitchell ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Cody Frye and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Frye connects with a series of punches forcing "Man of War" into a clinch. Cody works "Man of War" into the cage from the clinch. Cody presses his head under Kerry Mitchells chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "Man of War" takes the back of Frye who works for a kimura. "Man of War" pulls his arm out of the hold and push Frye away. Mitchell parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. A cross from Kerry Mitchell is parried followed by an uppercut from Cody Frye. Cody blocks a strong high kick from "Man of War" and counters with a devastating left hook. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 4 Kerry lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Frye. Kerry then switch kicks Frye on the opposing rib. Kerry Mitchell parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Frye throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Mitchell is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. A cross from Mitchell is parried followed by an uppercut from Frye. Kerry ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Cody Frye to the mat, and his back. The bell signals the end of round 4.
Round 5 Cody Frye tries to hyperextend the knee of Mitchell with a kick to the kneecap. Mitchell hops back to avoid it. "Man of War" takes in a well composed combination of quick strikes from Frye. Kerry throws an axe kick that misses the target. Kerry lands a devastating overhand right on Cody. Frye blocks a left high kick from Kerry, but is still staggered by it. Kerry follows up with a strong right hook, putting Frye out cold.
