Round 1
Grace Phillips hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Inoue throws a hard jab but Grace Phillips throws a cross right over the top rocking Inoue. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Grace attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Asaka pulls a switch on her, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Grace Phillips narrowly dodges a cross from Asaka, but falls catching her in her guard. Inoue takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Phillipss guard. It doesn't pay off as Grace makes her way to standing. A trip to the ground allows Grace Phillips to move into the guard of "Assaka". "Assaka" sets in an omaplata, forcing Grace Phillips to roll through, giving "Assaka" side control. Inoue throws her knee into the ribs of Phillips. Grace sweeps over "Assaka" and quickly obtains mount position. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Inoue tries to hyperextend the knee of Phillips with a kick to the kneecap. Phillips hops back to avoid it. "Assaka" presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Grace Phillips, aggressively pulling guard. An heel strike attempt is dodged by Grace and she traps Asakas extended leg to move to half guard. "Assaka" gets to her knees. Grace successfully grabs a strong overhook but "Assaka" grabs her opponents wrist and uses a mini kimura lock to sweep Grace over to her back. "Assaka" cranks a wrist lock causing the tap out.
