Round 1 Cal connects with a series of punches forcing Alvaro into a clinch. Gracie works Lewis into the cage from the clinch. Gracie presses his head under "Drunken Bums" chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Alvaro attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Cal pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Gracie throws a push kick. Cal shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Gracies nose.
"Drunken Bum" is struck by a ball kick from Alvaro that causes him to stumble backwards. Alvaro Gracie just misses with a head kick, grazing Cals skull. Cal Lewis attempts a takedown but slips, and Gracie backs away. Gracie is standing over Cal Lewis. Alvaro drops a powerful fist onto Lewis. Lewiss eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
