Round 1 Mitch narrowly dodges a cross from Nao, but falls catching him in his guard. Nao Nakao takes advantage of a mental laps from Mitch and moves into full mount. "King Slayer" gets pummeled by the fists of Nao Nakao. "King Slayer" gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Mitch Hayes starts to wiggle out of back control, Nao lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Mitch Hayes narrowly dodges a cross from "Nightfall", but falls catching him in his guard. Mitch Hayes attempts to create some space from his guard, but Nao Nakao sees the opening and passes to full mount. Mitch Hayes gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Nakao tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Nao Nakao begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Mitch Hayes rolls to being mounted instead. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Nakao attempts a lazy shot, which Mitch Hayes sprawls, eventually taking Nakao back. Nao carefully protects himself from Mitch Hayess strikes. "Nightfall" starts to wiggle out of back control, Mitch Hayes lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Nakao loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Mitch for the mistake. Mitch has side control. Hayes attempts an armbar, but Nao stops the attempt. Hayes uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Nakao shifts his head and hips to keep Mitch off balance and unable to land strikes. "Nightfall" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Mitch Hayes fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Nao to the cage. Nao swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Hayes pushes down Naos leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Mitch Hayes hits Nao Nakao with some punches to the side of the head. Mitch slips out of half guard and into side control. Nao almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. Nao tries to get back to full guard, but has to settle with half guard. Nakao tries to scramble out of half guard, but Hayes takes his back during it. Nakao carefully protects himself from Mitchs strikes. Giving up his back, Nakao panics and gives up mount instead. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 Hayes plows through Nao Nakao with a driving double leg takedown. "Nightfall" begins to posture on his side. Mitch lands a couple of outside hooks and "Nightfall" returns to the guard. Nao Nakao attempts a sloppy triangle attempt allowing "King Slayer" the chance to pass to side control. Nakao takes a few knees to the body while under Hayess side control. Nakao is wisely defending a kimura. Hayes attempts to take it but Nakao is having none of it, though Hayes has used the chance the slide into mount. Mitch maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Nao Nakao is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
