Round 1 Gustavo ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Clay and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Foster throws a cross that easily dodged by Gustavo Requiao. Gustavo Requiao connects with numerous jabs to the face of Clay Foster. Foster connects with a hard jab as Gustavo Requiao attempts a wide outside hook. Clay tries to hyperextend the knee of Gustavo Requiao with a kick to the kneecap. Gustavo Requiao hops back to avoid it. A shot catches Clay off balance and off guard. Round 2 "Mr Sandman" starts to put on the pressure, forcing "RamPage" back into the cage. "Mr Sandman" takes advantage and clinches. "RamPage" throws a couple of light hooks but Foster lands a large outer drop and positions to side mount. "RamPage" takes a few knees to the body while under Fosters side control. Requiao is wisely defending a kimura. Clay Foster attempts to take it but Requiao is having none of it, though Clay Foster has used the chance the slide into mount. Foster punishes Requiao with a series of strikes from the mount. "RamPage" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Requiao hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Clay Foster throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. Gustavo takes the back of Clay Foster who works for a kimura. Gustavo pulls his arm out of the hold and push Clay Foster away. Requiao fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Foster. Clay Foster works to Requiaos back while standing. Clay Foster throws a couple of outside shots until Requiao is able to work his way back to the clinch. Gustavo Requiao attempts a takedown but is out leveraged and taken down himself. "Mr Sandman" now is in dominant side mount. "Mr Sandman" lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Round 4 Clay Foster hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Foster hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Clay Foster connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Requiao. Requiao eats a strong cross as Clay moves into the clinch. Foster works to Gustavo Requiaos back while standing. Foster throws a couple of outside shots until Gustavo Requiao is able to work his way back to the clinch. Clay works to Requiaos back while standing. Clay throws a couple of outside shots until "RamPage" is able to work his way back to the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Round 5 Foster throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. "RamPage" works Foster into the cage from the clinch. "RamPage" presses his head under Fosters chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "Mr Sandman" attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Gustavo pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. "RamPage" attempts a takedown, but Clay Foster clumsily falls down without much provocation. "RamPage" drops a huge strike to Fosters chin, landing into his guard. Gustavo Requiao takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in "Mr Sandmans" guard. It doesn't pay off as "Mr Sandman" makes his way to standing. "RamPage" takes a punch while shooting but executes the takedown and ends up in Fosters guard. "Mr Sandman" start to move for the kimura but Gustavo Requiao postures up and drop a powerful double-axe handle that forces "Mr Sandman" flat on his back. "Mr Sandman" begins to posture on his side. Gustavo lands a couple of outside hooks and "Mr Sandman" returns to the guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
