Round 1
Hart lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Heath Porier. Heath Porier is staggered by a jab to the chin. Hart connects with a series of punches forcing Porier into a clinch. Heath Porier fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Heath Hart up for a flurry of hooks. Heath Hart connects with a right that puts Porier off balance tumbling to the mat, as Heath Hart towers over him. Hart attempts to drop a fist on Heath Porier, but misses and lands in his guard. Hart lands an intense elbow that has Heath Porier rocked. Hart lands an outside strike as he moves into side mount. Hart lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Porier takes a few knees to the body while under Harts side control. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Heath Hart is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Porier. Heath Porier parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Hart ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Hart unleashes a flurry of punches on Porier. A series of unanswered punches from Hart forces the ref to stop the action.
