Round 1 Ovchinnikov is hit with a jab then a hook to the body and stumbles backward. Walter Baker tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from Ovchinnikov that puts him on the floor. Feliks lays into Bakers thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Baker does so. Walter parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to that midsection that drops him to the floor. Ovchinnikov lays into Walter Bakers thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Walter does so. Feliks Ovchinnikov connects with a series of punches forcing Walter into a clinch. Feliks Ovchinnikov throws a solid knee to the jaw of Baker. Baker attempts a knee but is taken down by a basic trip. Ovchinnikov lands in half guard. Feliks opens a cut over the eye of Walter. The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Feliks slams his knee into Walter Bakers ribs. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Walter is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Walter can continue. Ovchinnikov circles Walter, landing jabs at will. Ovchinnikov lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Walter. Walter parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Baker is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Baker can continue. Feliks Ovchinnikov gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Walter Baker circles Feliks Ovchinnikov, landing jabs and crosses at will. Feliks sends Baker to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Feliks pulls out of the guard of Walter, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Walter. Feliks Ovchinnikov presses the action while in the guard, but Walter Baker is able to switch him into mount. Walter Baker secures his position. Walter splits Felikss nose open with a well timed punch. The bell signals the end of round 3.
