Round 1
Hotaka Ohba is staggered by a jab to the chin. Hotaka throws a cross that easily dodged by Williams. Jim Williams circles Hotaka, landing jabs at will. Ohba presses forward and grazes Jim Williams with a combo. Jim Williams wants none of the stand up and clinches with Ohba to then savagely throw him down to the ground. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
"Imperial Empire" snaps back the head of Jim Williams with a stiff jab. Hotaka Ohba stuffs a shot from Williams and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Hotaka drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Williams gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Hotaka Ohba is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Williams gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Jim slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Hotaka Ohba circles Jim, landing jabs at will. A series of unanswered punches from Hotaka Ohba forces the ref to stop the action.
