Round 1 Rich Clark is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Rich narrowly dodges a cross from Popham, but falls catching him in his guard. Preston dodges a few strikes from Rich and cuts him open with a couple of powerful elbows. Rich Clark sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Rich maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Clark swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. Preston Popham taps out.
