Round 1
BJ keeps Tito Morales at a distance with some well timed jabs. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Loves Grappling" drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Powell sets a guillotine choke but "Loves Grappling" slips out at the last moment. "Loves Grappling" is now caught in guard. Powell attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. After dodging a jab-cross, BJ lands a kick to the liver of Tito who steps back and begins to take a knee. BJ rushes forward to capitalize but Tito stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. BJ Powell lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. The fighters circle each other. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Powell receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Tito Morales. A strong elbow forces "Loves Grappling" to lose his balance and fall to the floor. BJ Powell attempts to drop a fist on Tito, but misses and lands in his guard. "Loves Grappling" begins to work the rubber guard. Tito Morales attempts an armbar from the bottom, but BJ Powell slips out at the last moment. "Loves Grappling" connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. BJ is caught in a triangle while in "Loves Grapplings" guard. He struggles but cannot get out. He eventually taps.
