Round 1 "26 to go" circles Reggie Peterson, mixing jabs with body shots. Chuy dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. "26 to go" ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Peterson to the mat, and his back. Chuy Castro lands a series of heavy punches forcing Reggie to roll to his back, giving Chuy Castro mount. Chuy Castro punishes Reggie with a series of strikes from the mount. Reggie gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Chuy Castro hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Reggie Peterson sends Chuy to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. "Snake Eyes" opens up the guard and rises back to his feet. Peterson cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings "26 to go" back to his feet. "Snake Eyes" stuffs a shot from Chuy Castro and hits him with an outside body shot. Chuy Castro gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. "Snake Eyes" attempts to pass Castros guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Chuy locks around the waist of "Snake Eyes". He sneaks his foot behind Reggie Petersons and trips him to the floor, taking side control. Chuy Castro slides his knee across the body of Reggie and takes full mount. Reggie Peterson lands a good elbow as Chuy Castro lowers his torso. Reggie Peterson gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Chuy Castro tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Peterson tries to explode out the backdoor but Castro sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Peterson falls flat to protect himself. Round 3 is over.
