Round 1 Corey Davis connects with a strong right hook. Corey Davis pressures his opponent into clinching. Corey Davis leans into Rhodes wearing him down. Jones Rhodes absorbs several body shots while being tied up. Jones takes Coreys back standing. Jones lands a couple of uppercuts from behind. "Clefty" is able to work his way back around. A strong elbow forces Jones Rhodes to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Rhodes parries Coreys jab and connect with a cross. Corey Davis connects with a hard jab as "Taxi Driver" attempts a wide outside hook. Corey throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Jones Rhodes puts Corey on the mat giving his back up. Jones Rhodes lands a series of heavy punches forcing Corey to roll to his back, giving Jones Rhodes mount. Jones maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Jones Rhodes secures his position. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Both fighters begin to exchange Rhodes catches "Clefty" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "Clefty" gather himself. "Clefty" says he is ok and the fight continues. Rhodes snaps back the head of Davis with a stiff jab. Jones Rhodes connects with numerous jabs to the face of "Clefty". Davis is staggered by a jab to the chin. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
