Round 1 Quico Ramos winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Ramos buckles Abdiesus with a kick. Ramos rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. Abdiesus is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. Abdiesus locks a kimura but "Phreak" is too strong and he cannot finish it. He settles for a couple shots to Quicos face. Abdiesus Habibi pushes down Quicos leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Habibi is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Quico Ramos gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Phreak" is able to make it back to the standing position. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Abdiesus Habibi connects with numerous jabs to the face of Quico. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Habibi throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Quico Ramos is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Habibi fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Ramos to the cage. Ramos swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. "Diesel" takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Quicos guard. It doesn't pay off as Quico makes his way to standing. Ramos connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Habibi fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Phreak". Abdiesus Habibi grabs the plum and tosses Ramos to the ground. Habibi drops a huge strike to Ramoss chin, landing into his guard. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Quico throws a few jabs at Abdiesus that miss the mark. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Quico Ramos stomps the feet of "Diesel". An attempt at a clinch takedown from Ramos is defended well by Habibi. Ramos grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Ramos returns to the clinch. Quico Ramos grabs the plum and pulls Abdiesuss face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Quico Ramos releases the hold and lands an uppercut. Both fighters begin to exchange Abdiesus Habibi catches Quico with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Quico gather himself. Quico says he is ok and the fight continues. Abdiesus Habibi weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Habibi is hit with a jab then hook to the body and stumbles backward. "Phreak" explodes forward with a push kick that puts Habibi on the canvas. Round 3 is finished.
