Round 1 Sarah Rautenbach lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Sarah connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Rautenbach lands a double jab. Peralta connects with a strong body shot combo. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Rautenbach stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Regina Peralta passes through Rautenbachs guard into mount. Sarah gives her back up trying to escape the mount. Sarah starts to wiggle out of back control, Regina Peralta lets her escape putting them both on their feet. Regina plows through Sarah with a driving double leg takedown. Regina takes advantage of a mental laps from Rautenbach and moves into full mount. Rautenbach gives her back up trying to escape the mount. Rautenbach carefully protects herself from Reginas strikes. Regina Peralta tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Sarah circles Regina, mixing jabs with body shots. Sarah Rautenbach circles Peralta, mixing jabs with body shots. Peralta throws a hard jab but Sarah throws a cross right over the top that knocks Peralta to the ground. Sarah kicks at the legs of Regina Peralta and then asks her to stand up. The referee tells Regina Peralta to stand. Rautenbach blocks a hook cross combo but is pusshed backward. Regina tries to press the action but is met with a jab-cross then an uppercut that puts her to on the floor. Sarah Rautenbach lays into Reginas thighs with some well timed kicks while Regina is grounded. Rautenbach hovers over Peralta pushing her legs to the side and throwing punches down at her body and head. Rautenbach waves for Peralta to stand up. Sarah slips a cross from Regina Peralta and lands jab cross to the body. Sarah winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 Regina connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Peralta connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Rautenbach throws a wild punch, putting her off balance. A few well timed strikes from Regina puts Rautenbach on the mat giving her back up. Rautenbach carefully protects herself from Reginas strikes. Sarah Rautenbach starts to wiggle out of back control, Regina lets her escape putting them both on their feet. Regina hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Peralta connects with a hard punch and dives in mounting Rautenbach. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 5 Regina lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Sarah. A trip to the ground allows Sarah to move into the guard of Regina Peralta. Peralta grabs the arm of Sarah Rautenbach while in guard and holds tight eating shots to ribs. Sarah Rautenbach presses the action while in the guard, but Regina is able to switch her into mount. Sarah lands a good elbow as Regina lowers her torso. Regina postures up and begins to fire off rapid shots from mount but Sarah Rautenbach tripods up and sweeps her over to her back. Sarah Rautenbach quickly gets herself to mount. Round 5 comes to a close.
