Round 1 Rotem connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Rotem Zimmerman throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Janet Adams is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. A wild hook from Janet is ducked by Rotem Zimmerman who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Janet shoots but Rotem stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Rotem Zimmerman snaps back the head of Janet with a stiff jab. A trip to the ground allows Rotem to move into the guard of Janet Adams. Adams connects with several chop shots from the bottom. Rotem Zimmerman pushes down Janet Adamss leg, allowing her to pass guard into half guard. Zimmerman is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Janet gives her back up trying to escape the mount. Janet Adams is able to make it back to the standing position. Adams hits an uppercut to the head of Rotem Zimmerman followed by a hard hook. Janet throws a hard jab but Rotem Zimmerman throws a cross right over the top rocking Janet. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Rotem connects with numerous jabs to the face of Janet Adams. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Rotem works the clinch to her advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Zimmerman lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Rotem takes Janets back standing. Adams isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Rotem lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Adams to release. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range.
