Round 1
Masa Osaragi connects with a series of punches forcing Curley Lambert into a clinch. Masa Osaragi works to Curleys back while standing. Masa Osaragi throws a couple of outside shots until Curley is able to work his way back to the clinch. Lambert attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Osaragi pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. A trip to the ground allows Lambert to move into the guard of Masa Osaragi. Curley drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Masa starts to lock a triangle. Curley postures up and Curley settles for a few stiff chops to Masas face. Osaragi attempts an armbar. Curley time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Masa Osaragis guard. Curley drops some good punches while being caught in the guard.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
The fighters circle each other. "Fandral" sends Masa Osaragi to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Osaragi begins to work the rubber guard. An heel strike attempt is dodged by Lambert and he traps Masa Osaragis extended leg to move to half guard. "Fandral" tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Lambert attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Masa gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Curley Lambert presses his foot onto the thigh of Osaragi to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Curley Lambert shoots a takedown from a distance putting Masa Osaragi on the ground. An heel strike attempt is dodged by Curley Lambert and he traps Masas extended leg to move to half guard. "Fandral" attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Masa Osaragi gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Curley Lambert presses his foot onto the thigh of Masa Osaragi to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. Masa takes a few knees to the body while under Lamberts side control. Curley Lambert delivers knees to the body and sharp forearms to the head forcing Masa Osaragi to turn over. Curley Lambert takes the back. The bell signals the end of round 3.
