Round 1 The fighters advance and touch gloves. "Average Joe" throws a cross that easily dodged by Otto Bloch. Kerem narrowly dodges a cross from Otto Bloch, but falls catching him in his guard. Kerem is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. An heel strike attempt is dodged by Otto Bloch and he traps "Average Joes" extended leg to move to half guard. Uygur defends short shots well by turning his head. "Wrenching Economics" attempts to get a leg free to pass but Uygur has it locked down too well. Otto attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as Kerem Uygur gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. Otto Bloch presses his foot onto the thigh of Kerem Uygur to get his own foot free. He successfully releases his leg and moves to side control. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Kerem Uygur presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Otto Bloch, aggressively pulling guard. "Average Joe" begins to posture on his side. Otto Bloch lands a couple of outside hooks and "Average Joe" returns to the guard. Otto Bloch takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Kerems guard. It doesn\'t pay off as Kerem makes his way to standing. A wild hook from "Average Joe" is ducked by Otto who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. "Average Joe" hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Bloch. Otto is hit with a jab but is able to slip a cross and grab a arm-triangle in standing. Otto trips Kerem Uygur to the floor, landing in side control. Otto attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Kerem for his troubles. Otto lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Otto Bloch connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. A welt begins to form under Uygurs eye after a strong cross-hook landed from "Wrenching Economics". Otto Bloch fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Kerem Uygur. Bloch escapes the clinch and creates some distance. A trip to the ground allows "Wrenching Economics" to move into the guard of Kerem Uygur. Otto Bloch sits up in Uygurs open guard and spins to an leg lock. Uygur is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. A trip to the ground allows Kerem Uygur to move into the guard of Bloch. Otto powers out sweeping Uygur with pure strength. Otto is now in side control. "Wrenching Economics" drops some hammer fists on Kerem Uygur. Kerem gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 3 is finished.
