Round 1 The fighters advance aggressively to center canvas, deciding not to touch gloves. "Bob and Throb" catches a leg kick from "Wrenching Economics", and puts him on the mat. Farmer drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Farmer takes advantage of a mental laps from Otto and moves into full mount. Otto Bloch gives his back up trying to escape the mount. James Farmer locks in a rear naked choke, "Wrenching Economics" is fighting off the choke and gives a thumbs up to the referee. After a few more seconds of control time James Farmer gives up the choke. Otto is able to make it back to the standing position. James Farmer connects with a hard punch making Bloch bring him in to a tight clinch. James Farmer lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. While tied up, Otto Bloch is met with a hard uppercut. James blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Otto tries to press the action but is met with a jab-cross then an uppercut that puts him to on the floor. James Farmer drops a huge strike to Ottos chin, landing into his guard. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 James Farmer connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. James Farmer hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Bloch attempts a striking combination, but James forces the clinch. Bloch takes the back of James who works for a kimura. Bloch pulls his arm out of the hold and push James away. Otto stuffs a shot from Farmer and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. "Bob and Throb" backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Otto Bloch narrowly dodges a cross from "Bob and Throb", but falls catching him in his guard. Otto Bloch powers out sweeping Farmer with pure strength. Otto Bloch is now in side control. Otto Bloch drops some hammer fists on "Bob and Throb". Otto lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 A trip to the ground allows Bloch to move into the guard of Farmer. An heel strike attempt is dodged by "Wrenching Economics" and he traps Farmers extended leg to move to half guard. Otto attempts to sink a neck crank from half guard. It does not appear to be tight enough as James Farmer gives a thumbs up to the referee until he finally struggles out. James hits an upward elbow on Otto Bloch, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Otto Bloch takes side control. Otto lands a few stiff elbows from side control. "Bob and Throb" is able to work to half guard but Otto isolates the arm of "Bob and Throb" and locks in a powerful arm crush. "Bob and Throb" has tries to withstand the pain but eventually taps.
