I don't use a lot of leg strength. It's all about placement and leverage. The best body triangles aren't from directly behind. I like to cut the angle a little bit so the sharp part of the back of my runs right across the floaters. Then I break 'em flat with a power half, hip in, grab my own free foot and pull it tight. Not much muscle involved.
