I've never really gotten this dude to be crazy. I just lowered him to 155 so I'm hoping that'll help him. Style wise what should I run with him and what stats should I make him better in.

Retire

Retire if you need the slot, otherwise keep him knowing he's going to lose a lot fights. He's lost multiple fights when he had a distinct style advantage and better stats and he's easily finished.

Check out Matheus Rua. He's big and has decent stats but he just couldn't string together wins. Crappy hidden stats.
