Yes body triangles are deadly... But Blaze I've never heard of a leg triangle, or is that just a triangle from guard? Or something much more difficult?
Just a triangle from guard, though I'll lock 'em up (and sometimes finish them) from mount or side control too.
Nice I've tried to finish a couple triangles from side control but I can't ever seem to get it good. I've gotten the inverted triangle from mount down pretty good, one of my favorite moves.
