Okay so my kid brother stared Camp[ Strikers and for a while it did okay. not great but okay. now he's kind of left the game and so I'm running his camp now, because I'd hate to see a good camp go to waste. All his fighters are fairly new and very bad. I'm having a really tough time figuring out what to do with them so any advice would be great.

Here's a link for anyone who cares
http://mmarmy.com/camp_display_roster.php?id=26665

Check out the fighters there and tell me what you think because I'm clueless at this point

Cal Russel- edit him to MW and see if he makes weight
Maurice Hall- edit him to WW see if he makes weight
Kid Mcdonald- edit him to LHW see if he makes weight and if NOT use him as a coach as his stats are the highest in the camp.
Lincoln Parker- his weight isn't ideal for heavyweight but he has a few right side attributes that should be sparred to another fighter before his dismissal and he also has some muay thai attributes higher than others in your camp so he could coach and earn his keep for awhile
Noah Biek- has good right side attributes but us skill set isn't very good. His weight is pretty bad for HW but as I've said earlier get his best attributes before retiring him.
Vinnie Miller- edit him to LW see if he makes weight if not pick good fights hed probably be a middle tier fighter eventually
Pito- edit him to WW and pick wise fights. He'll be fine
Kyle- edit to LW he might not make weight but try he's on the right track keep sparring and fight him some in the NATF
Carl- try him at WW and spar his jj and sambo flex strength
Cory Morris- sign him a fight in natf see if he's ready

these are generalized opinions of each fighter alot of what a fighter is or will be is decided but your type of camp and what their hidden stats are. Ive got several crappy camps and I've got more losses than wins overall but I only learned the style advantages through trial and error adn reading these forums. there's alot of vets out there that will help you because they need some competition. You'll be there in no time. Your camp looks as good as mine and has plenty of room for improvement. It does get frustrating seeing fighters like Skip Lange, John f Colon, Royler Campos but remember they had great coaches and thats what we strive to do. Coach correctly that is..

Thanks I'll give that a try and see how they do when the reset rolls around later today. now what about skills and attributes anything tips for them you could give because its been a while sense I've had to deal with weak guys sparing with weak guys and I want to do a good job with this camp you know.

I deal with weak guys training weak guys everyday man. I have to spar 2.5 with 2.5 all the time. I save all 5 sessions and do the best I can. I hate seeing that fighter did not improve message but it happens when you don't have someone really high in a stat to train with. It's a logn process that's why people have coaches on their team. Fighters with sub par records but good skill sets in certain areas.

well most people use a style like 8pts, chop down, fast feet. Each is built differently though..
