Charge us $5-$10 a month for premium only weekly- monthly events that have eye catching prizes (game cash, tokens, SRs etc). Maybe add a few exclusive customizable features gradually in time. Also give a reward based on activity, Top 5 ranked camps get snazzy colored names and receive rewards monthly based on their rank. This will push coaches to compete, the more competitive this is the more likely people are to spend their real money. Players have more fun, activity increases, chief actually makes some money etc, all around win!
