Round 1
Hudson connects with a hard jab as "Cash Money Punjab" attempts a wide outside hook. Hudson connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Shaan. Shaan executes a single leg giving him the back of "The Hitman". "Cash Money Punjab" lays into "The Hitman" with some strong shots forcing "The Hitman" to give up mount position. "The Hitman" attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Shaan jumps out of mount and back to dominant side control. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
"The Hitman" connects with a jab cross combination. "The Hitman" narrowly dodges a cross from Shaan Bhatnagar, but falls catching him in his guard. Hudson attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Shaan Bhatnagar connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Hudson. Hudson sends "Cash Money Punjab" to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Bhatnagar begins to work the rubber guard. "Cash Money Punjab" sinks a kimura fromt he bottom but cannot finish. He rolls Hudson over to gain mount but Hudson is able to achieve half guard with a great scramble. "Cash Money Punjab" releases the kimura. Shaan Bhatnagar slips out of half guard and into side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Bhatnagar throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. "The Hitman" is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Shaan throws a cross that easily dodged by "The Hitman". "Cash Money Punjab" keeps Chael Hudson at a distance with some well timed jabs. "The Hitman" staggers Shaan Bhatnagar with a strong hook. Shaan Bhatnagar almost gives up his back while standing but turns the tables by utilizing a scoop throw to take side control. The bell signals the end of round 3.

Round 4
Chael hits an uppercut to the head of Shaan followed by a hard hook. "The Hitman" connects with a hard jab as "Cash Money Punjab" attempts a wide outside hook. "The Hitman" throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Shaan puts "The Hitman" on the mat giving his back up. Shaan peppers shot to the head of Chael Hudson looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Chael Hudson is hand playing well. "The Hitman" starts to wiggle out of back control, Shaan Bhatnagar lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Shaan Bhatnagar parries Chaels jab and connect with a cross. Shaan Bhatnagar connects with a hard punch making Hudson bring him in to a tight clinch. The round comes to an end.

Round 5
Hudson lands a devastating overhand right on Shaan. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A stiff elbow looks to have Bhatnagar dazed. Chael works "Cash Money Punjab" into the cage from the clinch. Chael presses his head under Shaan Bhatnagars chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Chael Hudson escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Bhatnagar attempts to clinch, but "The Hitman" connects with an uppercut to the jaw. "Cash Money Punjab" is dizzied on his feet from a furious punching sequence from Chael. Chael connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Shaan Bhatnagar. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
