Round 1 Vernon sends Combs to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. McDaniel pushes down Barney Combss leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Round 3 The fighters circle each other. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Barney takes "Cock Teases" back standing. Vernon isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Barney lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Vernon to release. Round 5 "Cock Tease" winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. A trip to the ground allows "Cock Tease" to move into the guard of Barney. "The Carney " connects with several chop shots from the bottom. Vernon McDaniel presses the action while in the guard, but Barney Combs is able to switch him into mount. Barney throws some outside strikes at McDaniel. Vernon bucks "The Carney " off and sweeps him over getting into his half guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
