Round 1 A wild hook from Fred is ducked by Gevorg Ajemian who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Ward attempts a jab but is countered by a hard right leg kick to the knee. Fred Ward is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Fred Ward can continue. Gevorg connects with a strong right hook. After dodging a jab-cross, Ajemian lands a kick to the liver of Ward who steps back and begins to take a knee. Ajemian rushes forward to capitalize but Ward stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Both fighters begin to exchange Ajemian catches "King Of The Ring" with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets "King Of The Ring" gather himself. "King Of The Ring" says he is ok and the fight continues. "King Of The Ring" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Gevorg Ajemian lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Ward circling away. Gevorg connects with a strong right hook. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Gevorg Ajemian unleashes a flurry of punches on Fred Ward. "King Of The Ring" connects with a teep to the face of Ajemian. Ajemian connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Gevorg lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. Gevorg Ajemian lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Fred. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch "King Of The Ring" wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of Gevorg. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 "King Of The Ring" sends Gevorg Ajemian to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Ward drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Fred Ward takes advantage of a mental laps from Gevorg and moves into full mount. Gevorg Ajemian gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Ward peppers Gevorg Ajemian with several shots to the face. Gevorg is able to make it back to the standing position. Fred Ward connects with a hard punch making Gevorg Ajemian bring him in to a tight clinch. Ward works Gevorg Ajemian into the cage from the clinch. Ward presses his head under Gevorg Ajemians chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. "King Of The Ring" takes the back of Ajemian who works for a kimura. "King Of The Ring" pulls his arm out of the hold and push Ajemian away. Ward connects with a right that puts Gevorg off balance tumbling to the mat, as Ward towers over him. "King Of The Ring" drops a powerful fist onto Gevorg Ajemian. Ajemians eyes roll back into his head, and this fight is over.
