Round 1 "2nd chance" hits an uppercut to the head of "The Man" followed by a hard hook. Edvin Stenberg connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. "2nd chance" clinches with Allen and lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Allen for a trip takedown, landing "2nd chance" is half guard. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Edvin is hit with a jab and then taken down by a beautiful single-leg takedown. "2nd chance" throws a couple of chop shots but Allen returns with vicious ground and pound. Jon Allen takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Stenbergs guard. It doesn't pay off as Stenberg makes his way to standing. Allen connects with jab cross combination. Stenberg connects with a hard jab as Jon attempts a wide outside hook. Edvin Stenberg is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Allen. Allen now has side control. Allen lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Jon Allen moves to north-south position. Edvin Stenberg begins to roll out from under Jon Allen but Jon Allen is able scramble to Edvin Stenbergs back. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Allen throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Stenberg is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "The Man" circles Edvin Stenberg, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Edvin throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Jon Allen puts Edvin on the mat giving his back up. Jon Allen peppers shot to the head of Stenberg looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Stenberg is hand playing well. Edvin Stenberg starts to wiggle out of back control, Jon lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Allen connects with jab cross combination. Edvin connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Edvin connects with a hard punch making Allen bring him in to a tight clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Jon Allen escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Edvin takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Allen connects with jab cross combination. "2nd chance" buckles Allen with a kick. "2nd chance" rushes forward to grab a guillotine, then falls to guard. Allen is in trouble but is able to muscles his way out of the choke. The round comes to an end.
Round 5 Allen fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Stenberg. Allen places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Edvin Stenberg recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Jon plows through Stenberg with a driving double leg takedown. Jon frees a leg and moves into half guard. The bell signals the end of round 5.
