Round 1 "The Chiropractor" connects with a hard punch making Sean bring him in to a tight clinch. Vladik works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "The Chiropractor" takes Martins back standing. Martin isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but "The Chiropractor" lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Martin to release. A looping right hook from "The Chiropractor" sends Sean to the mat. Afanasyev stands over Sean Martin, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Sean Martin is able to grab an arm and pull Afanasyev into his guard. "The Chiropractor" sits up in Martins open guard and spins to an leg lock. Sean is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Afanasyev catches a leg kick from Martin, and puts him on the mat. Sean is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. An arm-triangle attempt forces Sean to open his guard. "The Chiropractor" hops over Sean Martins leg to side mount but cannot finish the choke. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Vladik takes in a well composed combination of quick strikes from Sean Martin. A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Vladik stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. Sean Martin circles Vladik, mixing jabs with body shots. Sean Martin is staggered by a jab to the chin. Afanasyev hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Sean Martin connects with a strong right hook. Afanasyev lands a double jab.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Sean circles Afanasyev, landing jabs at will. Vladik Afanasyev throws a cross that easily dodged by Sean Martin. Both fighters begin to exchange "The Chiropractor" catches Sean with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Sean gather himself. Sean says he is ok and the fight continues. "The Chiropractor" parries Seans jab and connect with a cross. Vladik connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. A wild hook from "The Chiropractor" is ducked by Sean who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. A wild right hook from Sean Martin puts Vladik to sleep.
