Round 1
Both fighters begin to exchange "Sengoku Power" catches Lolo Valdez with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Lolo Valdez gather himself. Lolo Valdez says he is ok and the fight continues. Kogo hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Kogo dives in for a leg and threatens quickly with a leg lock. "Exxon" falls back to his back giving Kogo the opening to jump into dominant half guard. Kogo slips out of half guard and into side control. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Lolo Valdez connects with a hard punch making Nobu Kogo bring him in to a tight clinch. Kogo receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Valdez grabs the plum and pull "Sengoku Powers" face towards a knee which is blocked. Valdez take the opportunity to drag Kogo to the ground and takes side control. Lolo slides his knee across the body of "Sengoku Power" and takes full mount. "Sengoku Power" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Kogo connects with a right that puts "Exxon" off balance tumbling to the mat, as Kogo towers over him. Kogo drops a huge strike to "Exxons" chin, landing into his guard. "Exxon" is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Nobu. "Sengoku Power" attempts to pass "Exxons" guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. Nobu maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. "Exxon" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Nobu Kogo begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Lolo Valdez rolls to being mounted instead. "Exxon" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 4
Nobu circles Lolo Valdez, mixing jabs and leg kicks. "Sengoku Power" parries Valdezs jab and connect with a cross. Both fighters begin to exchange Lolo Valdez catches Nobu with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Nobu gather himself. Nobu says he is ok and the fight continues. Lolo stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 5
Kogo eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Valdez. "Sengoku Power" narrowly dodges a cross from Lolo Valdez, but falls catching him in his guard. Lolo Valdez opens up the guard and rises back to his feet. Lolo hovers over Nobu Kogo pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Lolo waves for Nobu Kogo to stand up. Nobu shoots in on Valdez who sprawls well and lands multiple outside strikes. Nobu gives up on the shot and rolls to his guard. Lolo Valdez drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Round 5 comes to a close.
