Round 1
Rip narrowly dodges a cross from Balsys, but falls catching him in his guard. Brandon Balsys locks the leg of Rip and falls back for foot lock. Rip desperately tries to peel the hands off and barely gets them free allowing a scramble to the feet. Brandon Balsys slides in and grabs a leg lock taking Rip to the ground. Brandon Balsys works for a reverse heel hook but cannot finish and opts to enter Rip Langes guard. Balsys eats a stiff punch to the face, and is then switched, giving Rip full mount. Round 1 is over.

Round 2
Brandon Balsys connects with jab cross combination. Brandon Balsys connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Rip Lange. "Blue Chump" dives in for a leg and threatens quickly with a leg lock. Lange falls back to his back giving "Blue Chump" the opening to jump into dominant half guard. Lange tries to scramble out of half guard, but Balsys takes his back during it. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
A sloppy scooping ankle block is pulled of by Balsys. Lange is able to pull him into his guard. Rip Lange slides his body to the side and pushes out of guard. "Blue Chump" grabs a guillotine hold and forces Rip Lange back down gaining side control. Rip gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. "Blue Chump" works to get under the chin of a face down Lange but he is fighting the hands well. "Blue Chump" slides off to the side but captures the leg for a calf submission. "Blue Chump" pulls back forcing the tap.
