Round 1 Eva Parks dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Asaka. "Assaka" connects with a series of punches forcing Eva into a clinch. Asaka Inoue uses her under and overhook to hit a solid body toss takedown, landing in full guard. An attempt to pull a switch is blocked by Asaka but both fighters end up on their side. Both fighters scramble to a stand up. Asaka Inoue tries to find her distance but Eva is able to land two looping hooks that stun Asaka Inoue, who warily backs away. Asaka Inoue parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick. Asaka Inoue moves in to press the action, but Eva lands a heavy back kick. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Parks winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Asaka throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Parks is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Parks connects with a hard punch making "Assaka" bring her in to a tight clinch. Eva attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Asaka Inoue pulls a switch on her, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. A sloppy scooping ankle block is pulled of by Asaka Inoue. Eva Parks is able to pull her into her guard. Asaka sits up in Parkss open guard and spins to an leg lock. Eva Parks is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Asaka Inoue narrowly dodges a cross from Eva, but falls catching her in her guard. Asaka powers out sweeping Eva with pure strength. Asaka is now in side control. Asaka Inoue throws her knee into the ribs of Eva Parks. Asaka Inoue attempts an armbar, but Eva stops the attempt. Asaka Inoue uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Asaka stuffs a shot from Eva Parks and hits her with an outside body shot. Eva Parks gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Eva Parks connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Parks backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. After dodging a jab-cross, Eva lands a kick to the liver of "Assaka" who steps back and begins to take a knee. Eva rushes forward to capitalize but "Assaka" stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs her up. Eva Parks connects with a jab cross combination. Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Asaka wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of Eva. Parks takes a few knees to the body while under Asaka Inoues side control. Eva Parks gives her back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The round comes to an end.
Round 4 Parks throws a few jabs at Asaka Inoue that miss the mark. Eva connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Inoue connects with a hard jab as Parks attempts a wide outside hook. Inoue connects with jab cross combination. Eva Parks lands a powerful kick to the leg that buckles Asaka to a knee. Eva Parks rushes forward, grabs a guillotine choke and falls to guard to sink the choke. Asaka has to tap.
