Andy dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Elkins standing over him. Hugh Elkins attempts to drop a fist on Anderson, but misses and lands in his guard. Anderson dodges some ground strikes from Hugh Elkins, and sends a few back of his own. While caught in "Kunios Proteges" guard, Elkins gets hit with a vicious elbow. While caught in Andersons guard, Hugh gets hit with a vicious elbow. Andy Anderson tries to slide out of guard, but a scramble ensues. Hugh ends up mounted by Andy Anderson.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Elkins stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Hugh Elkins connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Andy takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Hugh Elkinss guard. It doesn't pay off as Elkins makes his way to standing. Anderson connects with a strong right hook. The fighters circle each other. Anderson wraps around Elkinss waist, and drags him to his back, taking side control "Kunios Protege" attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Elkins for his troubles. Elkins gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Andy Anderson circles Hugh Elkins, landing jabs and crosses at will. Hugh is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Anderson falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. Anderson knocks the wind out of Elkins with a strong elbow strike to the abdomen. A kimura attempt from Hugh Elkins is countered by a punch from Anderson, who then transitions to half guard. Andy slams his knee into Hughs ribs. Anderson hits Elkins with some punches to the side of the head. Anderson drops an elbow onto the forehead of Hugh. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Hugh ducks under a loopy hoop, taking "Kunios Protege" to the mat, and his back. "Kunios Protege" carefully protects himself from Elkinss strikes. "Kunios Protege" slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. "Kunios Protege" parries Hugh Elkinss jab and connect with a cross. A shot from Anderson is countered by a guillotine from Hugh. Anderson follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 5 Elkins fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "Kunios Protege". "Kunios Protege" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. A strong elbow forces Hugh Elkins to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Andy attempts to drop a fist on Hugh, but misses and lands in his guard. Hugh is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Hugh shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Hugh Elkins goes for a kimura from the bottom, but "Kunios Protege" slips out at the last second. Elkins attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Round 5 is over.
