Round 1 A wild hook from Wright is ducked by "Glenn" who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Nathan is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. Hoffmann stands up with "FireBall" still holding guard. As "FireBall" releases his guard Hoffmann spins to a kneebar but it is too shallow. Hoffmann takes couple of shots to the head. The fighters scramble to standing position. Nathan is hit with two hard punches to his face. Nathan laughs off the punches. "Glenn" narrowly dodges a cross from "FireBall", but falls catching him in his guard. Hoffmann pulls Nathan close and connects with a few heel strikes to the back. Hoffmann sinks a kimura fromt he bottom but cannot finish. He rolls Wright over to gain mount but Wright is able to achieve half guard with a great scramble. Hoffmann releases the kimura. Jan Hoffmann slips out of half guard and into side control. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 "FireBall" lands multiple inside leg kicks that have Hoffmann circling away. Jan is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Wright presses forward landing a couple more strikes, but Jan survives the onslaught with well timed blocks. "Glenn" parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to that midsection that drops him to the floor. "FireBall" cannot find an opening to pounce. The ref brings Jan back to his feet. Nathan circles Jan, then lans a push kick that knocks him to the floor. Nathan dances around Jan Hoffmanns legs and throws a hard kick to the body. Nathan Wright kicks at the legs of "Glenn" and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells "Glenn" to stand. Wright keeps Hoffmann at a distance with some well timed jabs. A lazy leg kick from Jan Hoffmann is caught by Wright who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Jan Hoffmann. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Hoffmann snaps back the head of Nathan with a stiff jab. "FireBall" snaps back the head of Jan with a stiff jab. Jan Hoffmann executes a single leg giving him the back of "FireBall". "Glenn" begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Nathan Wright rolls to being mounted instead. Wright attempts to escape mount but has no luck. "FireBall" gets pummeled by the fists of Jan Hoffmann. "FireBall" gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it.Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 A looping right hook from "Glenn" sends "FireBall" to the mat. Hoffmann attempts to drop a fist on "FireBall", but misses and lands in his guard. Jan drops a few strong punches, opening up Nathan Wrights guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. "FireBall" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Jan Hoffmann tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. "Glenn" begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Nathan rolls to being mounted instead. Round 4 is finished.
Round 5 "Glenn" is leading with his head during his combos and "FireBall" makes him pay by landing a lead knee to the jaw. "Glenn" shakes it off as he steps back. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Hoffmann drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Nathan Wright sets a guillotine choke but Hoffmann slips out at the last moment. Hoffmann is now caught in guard. Nathan attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Jan attempts a striking combination, but "FireBall" forces the clinch. Nathan grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that puts Jan Hoffmann on the floor. "Glenn" thrusts his leg into Nathans knee while grounded. Round 5 comes to a close.
