Round 1 Buzz circles Suso Vasquez, landing jabs and crosses at will. Suso is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Buzz falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. Buzz backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. Butler circles Suso, keeping him at bay with quick strikes. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Vasquez to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Suso thrusts his leg into "Esters" knee while grounded.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Suso Vasquez is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Suso Vasquez can continue. Butler takes a punch to the jaw. He drops his hands and asks Suso Vasquez to hit him harder. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Vasquez fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Buzz Butler. Buzz Butler receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Suso. Butler fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Suso up for a flurry of hooks. The fighters circle each other. "Ester" counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Buzz blocks a tight hook from Suso and counters with a shovel punch and cross that has Suso stumbling backwards. Buzz stalks him across the canvas. A lazy leg kick from Vasquez is caught by Buzz who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Vasquez. Buzz Butler kicks at the thighs of Suso. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 Butler lands a hook to the body. Butler connects with a strong right hook. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 5 Buzz Butler narrowly dodges a cross from Suso, but falls catching him in his guard. Suso drops a few strong punches, opening up Buzz Butlers guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Buzz Butler gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Butler starts to wiggle out of back control, Suso lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Buzz Butler narrowly dodges a cross from Vasquez, but falls catching him in his guard. Suso passes through Buzz Butlers guard into mount. Buzz Butler gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Vasquez peppers Buzz with several shots to the face. Buzz Butler starts to wiggle out of back control, Suso Vasquez lets him escape putting them both on their feet. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
