Round 1 Hayden unleashes a flurry of punches on Anderson. Andy attempts to press in on Dick Hayden but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Anderson is leading with his head during his combos and Hayden makes him pay by landing a lead knee to the jaw. Anderson shakes it off as he steps back. After dodging a jab-cross, "Chun Li" lands a kick to the liver of Andy who steps back and begins to take a knee. "Chun Li" rushes forward to capitalize but Andy stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. "Kunios Protege" lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Andy weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Dick Hayden keeps Anderson at a distance with some well timed jabs. Andy Anderson attempts a striking combination, but Dick Hayden forces the clinch. Hayden takes the back of Andy who works for a kimura. Hayden pulls his arm out of the hold and push Andy away. "Kunios Protege" is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Hayden explodes forward with a push kick that puts "Kunios Protege" on the canvas. Dick drops a huge strike to Andersons chin, landing into his guard. Two strong elbows from Dick Hayden dazes Anderson. Dick Hayden transitions into side control. "Kunios Protege" takes a few knees to the body while under Haydens side control. Dick Hayden slides his knee across the body of Anderson and takes full mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Hayden lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Dick stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Dick Hayden begins to posture on his side. Andy lands a couple of outside hooks and Dick Hayden returns to the guard. Dick Hayden gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Andy tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Hayden hits an upward elbow on "Kunios Protege", and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though "Kunios Protege" takes side control. "Chun Li" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Dick Hayden slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. The fighters circle each other. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 4 Andy Anderson lands a double jab. Dick Hayden is staggered by a jab to the chin. Anderson ducks under a loopy hoop, taking "Chun Li" to the mat, and his back. "Kunios Protege" tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Dick Hayden starts to wiggle out of back control, "Kunios Protege" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Anderson attempts to press in on Dick Hayden but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Andy Anderson is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. "Chun Li" explodes forward with a push kick that puts Andy Anderson on the canvas. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 "Kunios Protege" circles Hayden, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Andy Anderson attempts a striking combination, but Hayden forces the clinch. Dick Hayden attempts to grab the plum but is tripped to the floor by "Kunios Protege" who lands in his guard. Hayden backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Andy Anderson narrowly dodges a cross from "Chun Li", but falls catching him in his guard. Hayden dodges a few strikes from Andy Anderson and cuts him open with a couple of powerful elbows. Dick tries to pass guard but Anderson stops him with a well timed punch. Dick pulls out of the guard of "Kunios Protege", stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of "Kunios Protege". Round 5 is finished.
