Round 1 "The Water Dancer" executes a single leg giving him the back of Herrera. Nathan Hart is working a furious pace on "Stylish Mexican", intermingling strikes with positional dominance at will. Ale Herrera starts to wiggle out of back control, Nathan Hart lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "The Water Dancer" shoots in for a double leg, hoists "Stylish Mexican" up, and slams him viciously to the mat, taking side control. "The Water Dancer" slides his knee across the body of "Stylish Mexican" and takes full mount. Hart secures his position. Nathan maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Ale Herrera fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Hart. Ale works to Nathans back while standing. Ale throws a couple of outside shots until Nathan is able to work his way back to the clinch. "Stylish Mexican" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. "Stylish Mexican" ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Hart and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Hart snaps back the head of Ale Herrera with a stiff jab. Ale Herrera connects with a strong right hook. "Stylish Mexican" takes Nathan down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Nathan. Ale lays into Nathan Harts thighs with some well timed kicks while Nathan is grounded. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Hart escapes the clinch and creates some distance. The fighters circle each other. A wild hook from Nathan Hart is ducked by Herrera who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away.
