It doesn't pay off as Kelly makes his way to standing. Ian Kelly circles Barry, landing jabs at will. McCarthy connects with a series of punches forcing Ian Kelly into a clinch. "Little Mac" cannot pick up Ian Kelly who is too strong for his throws. "Little Mac" opts to use a valley drop and floors Ian Kelly. "Little Mac" remains standing. Round 5 Ian chips away at Barry with a series of kicks to the legs. Barry looks to press the action with a flurry of punches but Kelly lands a strong lead-leg kick and circles away. Kelly throws a cross that easily dodged by Barry McCarthy. Ian is cornered by Barry who tries to press the action. Ian is able to block well and circles away from Barry, delivering a chopping leg kick and a grazing cross as he does so. McCarthy moves in to press the action, but Kelly lands a heavy back kick. The fighters circle each other. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
