Round 1 Arie Daalman dodges a jab-cross combo from Maurice and connects with a front snap kick, sending Maurice stumbling backwards. Daalman connects with a hard jab as Maurice Stevenson attempts a wide outside hook. Daalman lands a double jab. A wild hook from Daalman is ducked by Maurice Stevenson who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Maurice throws a few jabs at Arie that miss the mark. Arie Daalman backs away as Stevenson darts in. Arie Daalman jumps forward in a somersault motion connection with a flip kick that rocks Stevenson. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Daalman places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Arie Daalman attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Maurice Stevenson pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Round 3 Stevenson connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Stevenson parries Arie Daalmans jab and connect with a cross. Maurice executes a single leg giving him the back of Arie Daalman. Giving up his back, Daalman panics and gives up mount instead. Daalman attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Maurice swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. Arie Daalman taps out.
