Round 1 Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. JT presses forward, grabbing the plum and lands a strong hook, buckling "Tiger blood" to the mat. JT follows him into the guard. Fumio begins to posture on his side. "Da Beer Addict" lands a couple of outside hooks and Fumio returns to the guard. Leclerc pushes down Fumios leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. JT drops an elbow onto the forehead of Fumio Sugimura. Sugimura hits an upward elbow on "Da Beer Addict", and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though "Da Beer Addict" takes side control. JT Leclerc drops some good elbows to the face of Sugimura forcing him to give up his back. Sugimura starts to wiggle out of back control, JT lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 2 Fumio Sugimura lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by JT Leclerc. JT Leclerc shuffles away from "Tiger bloods" strikes and lands a powerful chopping kick to the lead leg. Sugimura backs away, obviously feeling the affects of the kick. "Tiger blood" throws a kick to the midsection that is caught by "Da Beer Addict". "Da Beer Addict" lands a sweeping leg kick that puts "Tiger blood" on his back. JT throws a short kick to the downed Sugimura. Sugimura takes the chance to rise back to his feet. Leclerc connects with a right that puts Fumio off balance tumbling to the mat, as Leclerc towers over him. "Tiger blood" thrusts his leg into JT Leclercs knee while grounded. JT Leclerc throws a short kick to the downed Fumio Sugimura. Fumio Sugimura takes the chance to rise back to his feet. "Tiger blood" is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines "Tiger blood" can continue. After dodging a jab, JT Leclerc lands a kick to the liver of Fumio who steps back only to take a knee. JT Leclerc rushes forward to capitalize but Fumio falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 A wild hook from "Da Beer Addict" is ducked by "Tiger blood" who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Leclercs limp is apparent as Fumio Sugimura lands multiple outside leg kicks. JT moves in to press the action, but Fumio lands a heavy back kick. Fumio Sugimura sends "Da Beer Addict" to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Round 3 is over.
Round 4 "Tiger blood" parries Leclercs jab and connect with a cross. Fumio lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Sugimura connects with jab cross combination. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Fumio Sugimura lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles "Da Beer Addict". Fumio Sugimura lands a hook to the body. Round 4 is finished.
Round 5 JT locks in a tight muay thai clinch and lands several knees to the ribs of Fumio. Leclerc works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. "Da Beer Addict" grabs the plum and pulls Fumio Sugimuras face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. "Da Beer Addict" releases the hold and lands an uppercut. Fumio Sugimura lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. "Da Beer Addict" hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. "Tiger blood" lands a hook to the body. "Da Beer Addict" is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Fumio explodes with a flurry of punches. "Da Beer Addict" is then thrown to the floor. "Tiger blood" attempts a stomp and JT Leclerc swivels to a side to avoid it. "Tiger blood" uses his momentum to carry him into over JT Leclerc and he sprawls into side control.
