Round 1
Wayne Newton throws a push kick. Kuro shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Newtons nose. Newton clinches with Kuro Sugitani and lands multiple piston shots and short uppercuts to soften up Kuro Sugitani for a trip takedown, landing Newton is half guard. Wayne slips out of half guard and into side control. Kuro gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Newton spins around to take it, Kuro makes his way back to his feet. Newton catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Kuro. "Summer Wind CC" drops a huge strike to Kuros chin, landing into his guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Newton lands a devastating overhand right on Kuro Sugitani. "Summer Wind CC" connects with jab cross combination. As "Summer Wind CC" presses forward Sugitani throws a wild spinning backfist. "Summer Wind CC" leans away from the strike and lands a couple of strong punches that staggers Sugitani. Wayne kicks at the legs of Kuro Sugitani and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Kuro Sugitani to stand. "Summer Wind CC" blocks a cross, liver shot combo but is pushed backward. Kuro Sugitani tries to press the action but is met with a jab, cross, uppercut that puts him to on the floor. Wayne Newton lays into Sugitanis thighs with some well timed kicks while Kuro is grounded. "Summer Wind CC" throws a short kick to the downed Kuro Sugitani. Kuro Sugitani takes the chance to rise back to his feet. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Kuro Sugitani continually moves away from Wayne Newton, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Kuro Sugitani throws a push kick. Wayne Newton shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Kuros nose. "Summer Wind CC" blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Kuro Sugitani tries to press the action but is met with a jab-cross then an uppercut that puts him to on the floor. The bell signals the end of round 3.

Round 4
Wayne is staggered by a jab to the chin. "Summer Wind CC" sends Sugitani to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Newton uses strikes to open Sugitanis guard. Newton stands up and waves Kuro Sugitani up. Kuro Sugitani tries to find his distance but Wayne Newton is able to land two looping hooks that stun Kuro Sugitani, who warily backs away. Wayne connects with a hard punch making Kuro bring him in to a tight clinch. A strong elbow forces Sugitani to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Wayne Newton lays into Sugitanis thighs with some well timed kicks while Sugitani is grounded. Round 4 is finished.

Round 5
Wayne hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Newton fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Sugitani quickly takes his back. Sugitani peppers Newton with several shots to the face. "Summer Wind CC" slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Kuro parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Wayne is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
