Round 1 Jason is staggered by a jab to the chin. Jach is staggered by a jab to the chin. A looping right hook from Jason Fox sends Kenny to the mat. Fox kicks at the legs of Kenny and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Kenny to stand. Jach is hit with a cross and a liver shot and stumbles backward. Jason explodes forward with at superman punch that drops Jach to the canvas. Kenny Jach thrusts his leg into Foxs knee while grounded. Fox lays into Kenny Jachs thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Kenny Jach does so. Jason Fox connects with a sweeping kick at the leg of Kenny Jach. Jason Fox is met with a hook cross combo that staggers him. Jach explodes with a flurry of punches. Jason Fox is then thrown to the floor.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Jason Fox connects with a series of punches forcing Kenny Jach into a clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Fox takes Kennys back standing. Kenny isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Fox lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Kenny to release. Kenny Jach feints and follows up with a hard crossto the head of Jason. Jason Fox takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Fox clinches with Jach and pulls guard but Jach gets in his half guard on the way down. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Jason Fox connects with a series of punches forcing Kenny Jach into a clinch. Jason Fox works Kenny into the cage from the clinch. Jason Fox presses his head under Kennys chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Jason takes the back of Kenny who works for a kimura. Jason pulls his arm out of the hold and push Kenny away. Jason hits a lead uppercut and follows with a hard hook to the head of Jach. Kenny attempts to press in on Fox but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Fox strikes with a straight front kick. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 Jason parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Jach follows with a falling punch into Foxs guard. Jason begins to posture on his side. Kenny lands a couple of outside hooks and Jason returns to the guard. Jach passes through Jason Foxs guard into mount. Fox gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Kenny peppers shot to the head of Fox looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Fox is hand playing well. Fox starts to wiggle out of back control, Jach lets him escape putting them both on their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Jach lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Kenny takes Foxs back standing. Jason isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Kenny lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Jason to release. Round 5 Both fighters begin to exchange Jach catches Jason Fox with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Jason Fox gather himself. Jason Fox says he is ok and the fight continues. Jason dodges a jab and throws a kick to the midsection of Kenny Jach. Fox rushes forward landing a quick succession of leg, body and head kicks sends Jach back into the cage dizzied. Kenny circles Fox, keeping him at bay with quick strikes. The fighters circle each other. Fox parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Jason Fox chips away at Kenny Jach with a series of kicks to the legs. Jach slips a cross from Fox and lands an uppercut to the liver. Jach continually moves away from Jason Fox, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. Jach shoots in on Jason but cannot finish the takedown. Jason lands a couple of knees to the head, forcing Jach to roll to his guard. Round 5 is over.
